Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Time
After shipment, estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors.

Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Fees
Orders under $69.99 will incur a shipping fee of $8.

Orders of $69.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
