1. Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation through any of our customer service channels. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid, with no additional fees.
2. Cancelling Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after the order has been delivered. Please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer support team for assistance.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
